Currency: All Prices are listed in United States Currency, USD. Orders placed via our website will be taken in USD and automatically converted if necessary to your local country’s currency. The conversion rate applied is subject to your credit card company’s current conversion rate at the time of order, please contact your credit card company for further information.

International Orders: We only ship to the United States. Due to the nature of our products, we can only sell in the United States at this point in time until we get our chemicals certified for sale internationally.

Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders from accredited universities, governments, businesses, and non-profit organizations.

Standard Shipping and Handling Policy Within the 48 Contiguous States: Shipping and handling charges are based on the size and weight of your order. We ship via UPS. You have the option of selecting ground service or expedited one or two-day air.

Sales Tax: Kickstarter Agricultural collects sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the states of OH and FL.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa® MasterCard® American Express® and Discover® for online, fax, phone, and mail orders. PayPal is accepted for Online orders only.

Prices: All prices published on our website are in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars.

Return Policy: We accept Returns within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is unopened. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount. If your product was shipped with no shipping charge, then an additional 10% restocking fee will apply. Orders over $1500 will have a 15% restocking fee as larger orders incur costs that are not usual for a single item. Please contact us to discuss the availability of sample products.

Cancellation Policy: All orders are automatically processed with our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed above must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed for all of the applicable fees listed above.
